Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Construction Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
- At least 10 - 12 years of proven experience in building construction projects within the UAE region.
Project Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or equivalent, and PMP Certification.
- At least 10 - 12 years of proven experience in building construction projects within the UAE region.
MEP Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
- At least 10 - 12 years of proven experience in building MEP construction projects within the UAE region.
Project Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
- At least 8 - 10 years of proven experience in building construction projects within the UAE region.
QA/QC Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
- At least 8 - 10 years of proven experience in building construction projects within the UAE region.
Quantity Surveyor:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent.
- At least 8 - 10 years of proven experience in building construction projects within the UAE region.
Site Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
- At least 5+ years of proven experience in building construction projects within the UAE region.
Draftsman:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or ITI CAD/Drafting certificate. At least 5+years of proven experience in building construction projects within the UAE region.
- Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and authority submissions using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
Site Surveyor:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or Surveying, or equivalent.At least 5+years of proven experience in building construction projects within the UAE region.
General Foreman:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering, ITI certificate, or equivalent.
- At least 5+years of proven experience in building construction projects within the UAE region.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Candidates should be fluent in English and Arabic.
• Candidates should have experience in building construction projects.
• Only candidates with relevant experience and who are available in the UAE are encouraged to apply.
