We are actively seeking experienced professionals to join a leading firm delivering high-end and medium residential buildings, townhouses, towers, and hospitality development projects across Saudi Arabia.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Senior Resident Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent, and PMP Certification.
• 20+ years of proven GCC/KSA experience in high-rise residential buildings, towers, and hospitality development projects within a consultancy background.

Senior Architect:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or equivalent.
• 20+ years of proven GCC/KSA experience in high-rise residential buildings, towers, and hospitality development projects within a consultancy background.

Senior Engineer – Civil / Electrical / Structural / Mechanical:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical / Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• 20+ years of proven GCC/KSA experience in high-rise residential buildings, towers, and hospitality development projects within a consultancy background.

QA/QC Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years of proven GCC/KSA experience in high-rise residential buildings, towers, and hospitality development projects within a consultancy background.

Quantity Surveyor:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of proven GCC/KSA experience in high-rise residential buildings, towers, and hospitality development projects within a consultancy background.

Land Surveyor:

• Diploma, Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Survey Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years of proven GCC/KSA experience in high-rise residential buildings, towers, and hospitality development projects within a consultancy background.

HSE Inspector:

• Diploma, Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent, and IOSH/NEBOSH Certification.
• 10+ years of proven GCC/KSA experience in high-rise residential buildings, towers, and hospitality development projects within a consultancy background.

Inspector – Civil / Electrical / Mechanical / Architectural:

• Diploma, Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical / Architectural Engineering, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of proven GCC/KSA experience in high-rise residential buildings, towers, and hospitality development projects within a consultancy background.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Strong Leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency level in English and Arabic (speaking and writing).
• All candidates shall have solid consultancy supervision experience in High-end and Medium-end residential buildings, towers, and hospitality development projects.
• All candidates shall have strong knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations.
• All candidates should have consultancy-based experience with the GCC/KSA region.
• Candidates must be available in the KSA/Locally and can join immediately.
