Qualifications & requirements
Manager's / Engineer's / Supervisor's Positions
- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or relevant technical qualification in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, Construction, HSE, Surveying, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 7 – 15 years of proven experience in ADNOC projects within the UAE, with a strong professional background in Oil & Gas EPC projects, construction, site execution, project management, HSE, contracts, and engineering operations relevant to their respective roles.
Eligibility criteria
- Strong knowledge of ADNOC standards, specifications, PTW procedures, HSE requirements, quality standards, and EPC project execution practices is essential.
- Candidates should demonstrate excellent technical, coordination, communication, documentation, and site management skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary project teams.
- Previous ADNOC project experience is mandatory; UAE/GCC experience and relevant professional certifications or approvals will be highly preferred.
- Excellent organizational, communication, coordination, and technical documentation/record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary project teams while meeting project schedules, quality standards, and deadlines.
- Candidates currently residing in the UAE and available for immediate joining will be given preference.
