Qualifications & requirements
Project Director
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field from a recognised university; a Master’s in Construction or Project Management is an advantage.
- 15 to 20 years in the UAE in construction project management, including senior roles on large residential towers, luxury hotels, high-rise and mixed-use developments.
- Proven record leading major residential, hospitality and high-rise projects from start through to handover.
- Experience with reputable UAE main contractors is required.
Structural Design Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognised university.
- 10+ years in the UAE in structural analysis, design and technical coordination of concrete buildings, high-rise towers and commercial developments.
- Extensive structural design of foundations, slabs, beams, columns, shear walls and high-rise concrete structures.
Technical Engineer (Electrical)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognised university.
- 10+ years in the UAE in electrical design, technical coordination and construction support on large residential towers, hotels and mixed-use developments.
- Extensive work on LV/MV distribution, lighting, electrical shop drawings, technical submittals and building electrical services.
Architectural Inspector
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Architectural Engineering or a related field from a recognised institution.
- 10+ years in architectural inspection and construction supervision of large residential towers, high-rise and mixed-use developments.
- Experience inspecting finishes, facades and interior fit-out on major UAE building projects is preferred.
Civil Inspector
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognised institution.
- 10+ years in civil and structural inspection, supervision and quality control of large residential towers and high-rise buildings.
- Experience with reinforced concrete, foundations, structural works and civil inspections on major UAE projects is preferred.
Land Surveyor
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Land Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 8 to 10 years in land and construction surveying and infrastructure development projects.
- Experience with topographic surveys, setting out, alignment checks and as built surveys on major UAE infrastructure projects is preferred.
Technical Architect
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering from a recognised university.
- 10+ years in the UAE in architectural technical design, design coordination and construction documents for large residential towers, hotels and mixed-use developments.
- Extensive work on design development, technical detailing, shop drawings and construction stage support.
Eligibility criteria
- Experience on large residential towers, high-rise buildings, hotels or infrastructure, as the role requires.
- Technical design candidates should preferably have worked with both consultancies and main contractors.
- Familiar with UAE construction regulations, municipal requirements and international engineering standards.
- Strong technical knowledge, communication, reporting and coordination skills.
- Candidates living in the UAE who can join on short notice are preferred.
