Project Manager:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Architectural, or Mechanical Engineering. PMP certification is preferred.
• Minimum 10 – 15 years of experience in façade or building construction design projects within the UAE.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale façade works, project planning, resource allocation, and coordination with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Senior Concept Architect:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
• Minimum 10 – 15 years of UAE experience in developing façade and building design concepts for high-rise, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
Concept Architect:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
• Minimum 7 – 10 years of UAE experience in developing façade and building design concepts for high-rise, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
BIM Architect – Concepts:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology.
• Minimum 5 – 8 years of UAE experience in BIM-based architectural concept design and documentation.
BIM Modeler – Architecture:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Architectural Drafting.
• Minimum 5 – 8 years of UAE experience in architectural BIM modeling, focusing on façade and building systems.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
BIM Modeler – MEP:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 – 8 years of UAE experience in MEP BIM modeling for building construction projects.
BIM Coordinator – MEP:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
• Minimum 7 – 10 years of UAE experience in BIM coordination for large-scale building or façade projects.
Project Engineer:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
• Minimum 5 – 8 years of experience in façade or building envelope systems in the UAE.
• Skilled in site supervision, shop drawings review, project scheduling, and coordination with design and execution teams.
Electrical Estimator:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 – 7 years of UAE experience in electrical estimation for building construction and façade lighting systems.
• Proficient in preparing BOQs, cost analysis, tender documentation, and value engineering.
Senior Engineer – Fire & Life Safety:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Fire Safety Engineering.
• Minimum 8 – 10 years of experience in UAE building projects focusing on fire & life safety systems design and compliance.
Electrical Engineer – Maintenance:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 – 7 years of experience in the UAE in the maintenance of building electrical systems, façade lighting, and control systems.
Junior Engineer – Fire & Life Safety:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Fire Safety Engineering.
• Minimum 3 – 5 years of UAE experience in design support, documentation, and testing of fire & life safety systems for buildings.
Junior Mechanical Engineer:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 – 5 years of UAE experience in mechanical systems design and installation in façade or building construction projects.
Land Surveyor:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Land Surveying.
• Minimum 5 – 7 years of UAE experience in surveying façade layouts, building structures, and alignment works.
• Skilled in using total stations, GPS, and AutoCAD.
Plumbing Supervisor:
• Diploma in Mechanical or Plumbing Engineering.
• Minimum 7 – 10 years of UAE experience in supervising plumbing and drainage works for high-rise or commercial building projects.
