Qualifications & requirements
Project Manager
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 10+ years of UAE construction experience, including 3 years as a Project Manager.
- Proven record of managing building projects from start to handover.
- Strong in planning, budgeting, cost control, contracts and UAE authority rules; Primavera P6 or MS Project preferred.
Construction Manager
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 10+ years of UAE construction experience, including 3 years as a Construction Manager.
- Strong in building construction, site execution, subcontractor management and MEP coordination.
- Excellent knowledge of construction methods, drawings, QA/QC, HSE and UAE regulations.
Eligibility criteria
- UAE main contracting experience is preferred.
- Candidates living in the UAE who can join immediately are preferred.
- Able to manage site teams, schedules, productivity and quality.
- Strong leadership, communication and client coordination skills.
