We are currently seeking experienced professionals for various roles in Roads & Infrastructure projects. Candidates with relevant UAE experience will be preferred.

JOB POSITIONS

- Lead Estimator
- Sr. Quantity Surveyor
- Technical Engineer
- Asphalt Engineer
- HSE Officer
- Documents Controller

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Lead Estimator:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying from a recognized university.
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in Roads/Infrastructure projects within the UAE.
• Strong expertise in estimation & cost analysis; proficiency in Candy software is mandatory.

Senior Quantity Surveyor:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying from a recognized university.
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in Roads/Infrastructure projects within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of CESMM standards with experience in quantity take-offs, cost control, and contract management.

Technical Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Roads/Infrastructure projects within the UAE.
Experience working on RTA projects is required, with strong technical and coordination skills.

Asphalt Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in asphalt works for road construction projects within the UAE.

HSE Officer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a recognized university, and IOSH/NEBOSH Certification.
• Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in Roads/Infrastructure projects within the UAE.

Documents Controller:

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration or Engineering from a recognized university
• Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in handling project documentation and correspondence, and familiarity with document control systems.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Good communication in written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and regulations.
• Candidates must have previous experience in Road and Infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, including contractors, clients, and regulatory agencies.
• Only UAE-based candidates are eligible to apply and can join immediately.
