Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Project Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or a similar field, and PMP Certified.
- Minimum 10 - 15 years of experience in large-scale Villa & Building Construction projects with solid site execution and coordination exposure within the UAE.
QA/QC Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or a similar field.
- Minimum 5 - 8 years of experience in large-scale Villa & Building Construction projects with solid site execution and coordination exposure within the UAE.
HSE Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a similar field, and IOSH/NEBOSH Certified.
- Minimum 5 - 8 years of experience in large-scale Villa & Building Construction projects, with site safety exposure within the UAE.
HSE Officer:
- Diploma in Engineering, or a similar field, and IOSH or NEBOSH Certified.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in large-scale Villa & Building Construction projects, with site safety exposure within the UAE.
Documents Controller:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Administration or Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in the construction industry within the UAE
Eligibility Criteria:
• Candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic.
• Candidates must be UAE Driving License holders.
• UAE/GCC experience preferred.
• Strong technical and project execution knowledge required.
• Candidates must have experience in building and villa projects.
• Candidates must be available in the UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
