• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management.
• 12 – 15 years of experience in infrastructure works, including deep utilities, stormwater, sewerage, potable water networks, micro-tunnelling, and roadworks.

Technical Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Infrastructure Engineering, or equivalent.
• 12 – 15 years of experience overseeing technical submittals, design reviews, shop drawings, method statements, and materials approval.

Planning Manager:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent, and Certification in Primavera P6; PMP
• 12 – 15 years of planning and scheduling experience in underground utilities and infrastructure.

Project Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, and PMP Certification. 
• 12 – 15 years of experience in UAE infrastructure projects, with at least 5 years as Project Manager.

QA/QC Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Quality Engineering, or equivalent.
• 12 – 15 years of experience in QA/QC for infrastructure and utilities projects.

HSE Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or HSE-related field, and NEBOSH IGC/IDip, OSHA, or equivalent certifications.
• 12 – 15 years of HSE experience, including risk assessments, safety plans, PTWs, and emergency response.

Chief Surveyor:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Geomatics, or equivalent.
• 10 – 15 years of surveying experience in infrastructure and underground utilities.

Senior Draftsman:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, or AutoCAD Drafting, or equivalent.
• 7 – 10 years of experience in preparing shop drawings, as-builts, sections, profiles, of utilities and infrastructure projects.

Procurement Officer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
• 5 – 8 years of procurement experience for infrastructure/utilities materials (pipes, valves, manhole accessories, cables, fittings, bedding materials, etc.).
