Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Architect:
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university. All candidates shall have consultancy supervision experience.Minimum 3 years’ experience. Should have experience in using BIM (Revit experience is a must. Autodesk certification, Dynamo, Rhino, and Grasshopper would be an advantage.) and possess a good command over AutoCAD, sketch-up, and rendering tools. Should have worked in a project-wise/BIM 360 Common Data environment. Should be able to coordinate with Civil/Structural and MEP teams.High attention to detail.Knowledge of UAE design codes.Should be comfortable traveling or relocating to the site office as per project requirements.
Electrical Engineer:
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university. All candidates shall have consultancy supervision experience.Minimum 3 years’ experience. Should have experience in using BIM (Revit experience is a must. Autodesk certification, Dynamo, Rhino, and Grasshopper would be an advantage.) and possess a good command over Structure design tools e.g. ETADS, SAFE. Should have worked in a project-wise/BIM 360 Common Data environment. Should be able to coordinate with MEP and Architecture teams.High attention to detail.Knowledge of UAE design codes.

Mechanical Engineer:
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university. All candidates shall have consultancy supervision experience.Minimum 3 years’ experience. Eligibility Criteria:
• Strong Leadership and communication skills.
• Profession level in English and Arabic (speaking and writing).
• All candidates shall have solid consultancy supervision experience in Sewerage and Drainage Supervision projects.
• All candidates should have consultancy-based experience.
• Candidates must be available in UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
