Qualifications & requirements
Architectural Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline.
- 7 to 10 years of experience in architectural design, construction supervision and consultancy projects in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
- Strong knowledge of architectural drawings, material specifications, landscape structures, hardscape and finishing works.
- Experience reviewing shop drawings, material submittals, method statements and architectural site work.
- Experience on infrastructure, public parks, specialized gardens or landscape projects is preferred.
Civil Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- 7 to 10 years of experience in civil engineering, infrastructure and construction supervision in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
- Strong technical knowledge of earthworks, roads, drainage networks, concrete structures, utilities and hardscape.
- Experience reviewing construction drawings, specifications, method statements and contractor submittals.
- Consultancy experience on infrastructure or specialized gardens projects is preferred.
Electrical Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- 7 to 10 years of experience in electrical engineering, infrastructure and construction supervision in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
- Strong knowledge of power distribution, external and landscape lighting, underground cabling, earthing and related infrastructure.
- Experience reviewing electrical shop drawings, material submittals, specifications and installation procedures.
- Consultancy experience on infrastructure and landscape projects is preferred.
Civil Inspector
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- 7 to 10 years of experience in civil construction inspection and quality supervision on infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
- Strong knowledge of earthworks, concrete, roads, drainage, paving, hardscape and civil infrastructure.
- Experience carrying out site inspections, reviewing inspection requests (IRs), checking materials and confirming work matches approved drawings.
- Experience with engineering consultancies on infrastructure or specialized gardens projects is preferred.
Electrical Inspector
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- 7 to 10 years of experience in electrical inspection, construction supervision and infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
- Strong knowledge of electrical installations, power distribution, street and landscape lighting, underground cables and earthing.
- Experience inspecting electrical materials, equipment installation, testing and commissioning.
- Consultancy experience on infrastructure and specialized gardens projects is preferred.
Eligibility criteria
- Candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic.
- GCC/Saudi Arabia experience will be an advantage.
- Previous experience on Consulting Services (CS) projects is mandatory.
- Transferable Iqama (for expatriate candidates) is preferred.
- Valid membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is preferred for engineering positions.
- Experience in infrastructure, specialized gardens, public parks or landscaping projects is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of engineering design, construction supervision, quality control and technical standards.
- Able to review drawings, specifications, contractor submittals and construction records.
- Familiar with Saudi construction regulations, engineering standards and HSE requirements.
- Saudi and non-Saudi candidates are welcome to apply.
