DAR Consulting Engineering, is a leading Multidisciplinary Design and Construction Management Consultant is pleased to invite candidates for a mega, state-of-the-art, and career-defining hospitality project in Saudi Arabia. Candidates having Project Management and Construction Management experience related to the construction of high-rise buildings, hotels, Mixed-use buildings, and infrastructure projects are encouraged to apply for the below positions. .

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:
Project Director:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant Engineering or equivalent, along with at least 25 years of experience.

Construction Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant Engineering or equivalent, along with at least 20 years of experience.

Contracts Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant Engineering or equivalent, along with at least 20 years of experience.

Project Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant Engineering or equivalent, along with at least 20 years of experience.

MEP Manager:

• Bachelor of degree in relevant Engineering or equivalent, along with at least 20 years of experience.

Commercial Manager:

• Bachelor of degree in relevant Engineering or equivalent, along with at least 15 years of experience.

Planning Manager:

• Bachelor of degree in relevant Engineering or equivalent, along with at least 15 years of experience.

Deputy Project Manager:

• Bachelor of degree in relevant Engineering or equivalent, along with at least 20 years of experience.

Resident Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant Engineering or equivalent, along with at least 12 years of experience.

Senior Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant Engineering or equivalent, along with at least 12 years of experience.

Engineer & Architect:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant Engineering or equivalent, along with at least 10 years of experience.

Site Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant Engineering or equivalent, along with at least 10 years of experience.

BIM Coordinator:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant Engineering or equivalent, along with at least 8 years of experience.

Safety Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant Engineering or equivalent, along with at least 8 years of experience.

Site Inspector:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant Engineering or equivalent, along with at least 5 years of experience.

Quality Inspector:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant Engineering or equivalent, along with at least 6 years of experience.

Documents Controller:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent, along with at least 8 years of experience.

Eligibility Criteria:
• Candidates must be fluent in English & Arabic.
• Candidates should have work experience in at least 1 – 2 Large-scale (3000 – 5000 residential units) projects a is preferable.
• All candidates shall have relevant Engineering/Architectural or equivalent University degrees along with professional accreditation and certificates.
• HSE Manager shall have full membership of IIRSM/IOSH or equivalent.
• Contracts/Commercial Manager shall have certification from RICS or equivalent.  
• BIM Manager and Coordinator shall have BIM Software Professional Certificate. 
• Candidates must be available in KSA/Locally and can join immediately.
