GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Senior Electrical Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, or similar field.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in building Fit-out and Joinery projects in the UAE.

Project Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Architectural Engineering, or similar field.
• Minimum 5 – 7 years of experience in building Fit-out and Joinery projects in the UAE.

Mechanical Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a similar field.
• Minimum 5 – 7 years of experience in building Fit-out and Joinery projects in the UAE.

Electrical Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, or a similar field.
• Minimum 5 – 7 years of experience in building Fit-out and Joinery projects in the UAE.

Civil Estimator / Quantity Surveyor:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a similar field.
• Minimum 5 – 7 years of experience in building Fit-out and Joinery projects in the UAE.

Material Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a similar field.
• Minimum 5 – 7 years of experience in building Fit-out and Joinery projects in the UAE.

Designer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering, Interior Design, or a similar field.
• Minimum 5 – 7 years of experience in building Fit-out and Joinery projects in the UAE.

Planner – Fit-out:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Architectural Engineering, or a similar field.
• Minimum 5 – 7 years of experience in building Fit-out and Joinery projects in the UAE.

Safety Officer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, or a similar field, along with IOSH/NEBOSH Certification.
• Minimum 5 – 7 years of experience in building Fit-out and Joinery projects in the UAE.

QC Inspector:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil / Architectural Engineering, or a similar field.
• Minimum 5+ years of UAE experience in building Fit-out and Joinery projects in the UAE.

Documents Controller:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Administration or Engineering, or similar field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in the construction industry in the UAE.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic.
• Candidates should have UAE experience in the Interior & Exterior finishing projects.
• Candidates should have command and knowledge of the related Software for design works.
• Required experienced professionals with a solid background in Design & Build Contracting, particularly those who have worked on building luxury villas and mansions with exceptional interior and exterior finishes.
• Candidates must be available in the UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
