Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant engineering discipline (Instrumentation / Mechanical / Electrical) from a recognized university; a Master’s degree is an advantage for senior roles.
• Minimum 8 – 15 years (Senior) / 5 – 10 years (Engineer) of professional experience in design, review, and coordination of road, drainage, and infrastructure projects within Qatar or the GCC.
• Strong expertise in infrastructure utilities design, including pumping stations, stormwater & foul sewer networks, district cooling interfaces, mechanical systems, instrumentation/SCADA requirements, and electrical power distribution.
• Proven experience working with Qatar standards, including QCS, KAHRAMAA, Ashghal Drainage Design Manual, Qatar Traffic Manual, and relevant international codes.

• Excellent communication and technical presentation skills, with the ability to work in fast-paced design environments and ensure compliance with project timelines and quality standards.
• Skilled in preparing and reviewing design calculations, drawings, specifications, material submittals, method statements, and technical reports.
• Proficient in engineering software such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, WaterGEMS/SewerGEMS, EPANET, AVEVA, ETAP, or discipline-related tools.
• Candidates must be available in the KSA/Locally and can join immediately.
