Qualifications & requirements
Construction Manager
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management from an accredited university.
- Minimum 15 years of consultancy experience on large-scale mixed-use developments, including hospitality projects (hotels), commercial developments, transportation hubs, and related infrastructure projects.
- KSA/GCC consultancy experience is mandatory.
BIM Manager
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 15 years of consultancy experience on large-scale mixed-use developments, including hospitality projects (hotels), commercial developments, transportation hubs, and related infrastructure projects.
- KSA/GCC consultancy experience is mandatory.
Safety Manager
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 15 years of consultancy experience on large-scale mixed-use developments, including hospitality projects (hotels), commercial developments, transportation hubs, and related infrastructure projects.
- NEBOSH International Diploma/IGC (Mandatory).
- KSA/GCC consultancy experience is mandatory.
Documents Control Manager
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Management, or a related discipline
- Minimum 15 years of consultancy experience in document control for large-scale mixed-use developments, including hospitality (hotels), commercial developments, transportation hubs, and related infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS), Aconex, and Autodesk.
- KSA/GCC consultancy experience is mandatory.
Eligibility criteria
- Candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic.
- Transferable Iqama (for expatriate candidates) is preferred.
- Valid membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is preferred.
- Must have hands-on experience in large-scale hospitality (hotels), commercial developments, transportation hubs, and related infrastructure projects.
- Candidates must be available in KSA / Locally and able to join immediately.
