Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Senior Quantity Surveyor:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- At least 12+ years of experience, 5 years of relevant consultancy experience in a similar role.
BIM Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- At least 12+ years of experience, 5 years of relevant consultancy experience in a similar role.
Safety Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field, and Certification in IOSH/NEBOSH.
- At least 12+ years of experience, 5 years of relevant consultancy experience in a similar role.
Electrical Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- At least 12+ years of experience, 5 years of relevant consultancy experience in a similar role.
Mechanical Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- At least 12+ years of experience, 5 years of relevant consultancy experience in a similar role.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic.
• Candidates must have a valid KSA driving license.
• Candidates must have GCC project supervision experience.
• Candidates must have experience with Mid-rise and High-rise building projects.
• Candidates must be available in the KSA/Locally and can join immediately.
