GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:
Project Director:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field, and FIDIC Certified. 
• At least 15 – 20 years of experience in mega building/infrastructure projects in the UAE. 

Construction Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 12 – 15 years of experience in mega building/infrastructure projects in the UAE. 

Contracts Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• At least 12 – 15 years of experience in mega building/infrastructure projects in the UAE. 

Planning Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 7 – 12 years of experience in mega building/infrastructure projects in the UAE. 

Materials Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 7 – 10 years of experience in mega building/infrastructure projects in the UAE. 

Procurement Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 – 8 years of experience in mega building/infrastructure projects in the UAE. 

HSE Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field, and OSHA/NEBOSH Certified. 
• At least 5 – 10 years of experience in mega building/infrastructure projects in the UAE. 

QA/QC Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 – 10 years of experience in mega building/infrastructure projects in the UAE. 

Quantity Surveyor:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• At least 5 – 10 years of experience in mega building/infrastructure projects in the UAE. 

Site Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 – 8 years of experience in mega building/infrastructure projects in the UAE. 

Safety Inspector:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field, and OSHA/NEBOSH Certified. 
• At least 5 – 8 years of experience in mega building/infrastructure projects in the UAE. 

Foremen – Civil / MEP / Finishing / Formwork:

• ITI, Diploma in Civil / MEP Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 – 10 years of experience in mega building/infrastructure projects in the UAE.  

Eligibility Criteria:
• Excellent overall communication skills, English language skills, and Engineering terminology.
• Technical, organisational, and project management skills.
• Only candidates with relevant experience and available in the GCC are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients.
• Candidates must be available in the UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
