DuBuild Contracting LLC is seeking the following professionals for its construction projects in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

JOB POSITIONS

- Project Manager
- Project Engineer
- Quantity Surveyor
- Civil Foreman

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Project Manager:

• UAE/MOFA Attested Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, and PMP Certification.
• Minimum of 15 years of working experience in UAE, including 5 years of experience as a project manager of building construction.

Project Engineer:

• UAE/MOFA Attested Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, and PMP Certification.
• Minimum of 10 years of working experience in UAE, including 5 years of experience as a project engineer of building construction.

Quantity Surveyor:

• UAE/MOFA Attested Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying and Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years of working experience in UAE, including 5 years of experience as a quantity surveyor of building construction.

Civil Foreman:

• UAE/MOFA Attested diploma or certification in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years of working experience in UAE, including 5 years of experience as a civil foreman of building construction.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic.
• Excellent client-facing, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ensure that Projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Candidates must be available in UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
