Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Project Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or related field, and PMP Certified.
- Minimum 10 years of Proven experience in construction projects (high-rise/building experience preferred) within the UAE.
QA/QC Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or related field, and PMP Certified.
- Minimum 10 years of Proven experience in construction projects (high-rise/building experience preferred) within the UAE.
Senior Project Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 7 - 10 years of Proven experience in construction projects (high-rise/building experience preferred) within the UAE.
Planning Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or related field. (Primavera P6)
- Minimum 7 - 10 years of Proven experience in construction projects (high-rise/building experience preferred) within the UAE.
Quantity Surveyor:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
- Minimum 7 - 10 years of Proven experience in construction projects (high-rise/building experience preferred) within the UAE.
Site Engineer - Civil:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of Proven experience in construction projects (high-rise/building experience preferred) within the UAE.
Documents Controller:
- Bachelor's degree in Administration or Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in the construction industry within the UAE.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple subcontractors and project stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess proven experience with Building Construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards and regulations.
• Candidates must be available in the UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
