• Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Structural Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in Building projects, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role (UAE/GCC preferred).

Senior HSE Officer:

•  Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field (IOSH/NEBOSH Certified). 
• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in Building projects, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role (UAE/GCC preferred).

Structure Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 – 7 years of proven experience in Building projects, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role (UAE/GCC preferred).

Land Surveyor:

• Bachelor’s degree, Diploma in Civil / Surveying, Geomatics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 – 7 years of experience as a Land Surveyor in construction or contracting companies (UAE/GCC preferred).  

General Foreman:

• ITI or Diploma in Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 – 7 years of experience as a General Foreman in construction or contracting companies (UAE/GCC preferred).
