East Consulting Engineering Company (ECEC) is hiring for the following positions for their Mega Housing Construction Supervision Projects in Riyadh, Province of Saudi Arabia.

Documents Controller

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Contracts / Claims Manager:

B.Sc. in Engineering/QS/relevant field and certification (RICS or equivalent)
Minimum 12 years of experience in the relevant field.

Cost Control Manager:

B.Sc. in Engineering CCP is Preferred.
Minimum 15 years of experience in the relevant field.

Planning Engineer:

B.Sc. in Engineering and PMP is Preferred.
Minimum 12 years of experience in the relevant field.

Landscape Manager:

B.Sc. in relevant engineering fields.
Minimum 15 years of experience in the relevant field.

Structural/Civil Manager:

B.Sc. in Structural Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 15 years of experience in the relevant field.

Architect Manager:

B.Sc. in Architectural Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 15 years of experience in the relevant field.

MEP Senior Manager:

B.Sc. in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 18 years of experience in the relevant field.

HSE Manager:

B.Sc. HSE Management or relevant degree + Member of IIRSM/IOSH or equivalent.
Minimum 15 years of experience in the relevant field.

QA/QC Manager:

B.Sc. in Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 15 years of experience in the relevant field.

Documents Control Manager:

Relevant degree and certification.
Minimum 12 years of experience in the relevant field.

Senior Landscape Engineer:

B.Sc. In the relevant engineering field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in the relevant field.

Contract Admin:

B.Sc. in Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 08 years of experience in the relevant field.

I.T Engineer:

B.Sc. in Information Technology and certification.
Minimum 08 years of experience in the relevant field.

Quantity Surveyor:

B.Sc. in Engineering/QS or equivalent.
Minimum 10 years of experience in the relevant field.

Logistics Manager:

B.Sc. in Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 15 years of experience in the relevant field.

Scheduler:

B.Sc. in Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 08 years of experience in the relevant field.

Documents Controller:

Relevant degree and certification.
Minimum 08 years of experience in the relevant field.

Road Engineer:

B.Sc. in Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 15 years of experience in the relevant field.

Chief Surveyor:

B.Sc. in Engineering or Land Surveying.
Minimum 10 years of experience in the relevant field.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates must be fluent in English.
• Must be a Saudi Driving License holder.
• All Positions are for Supervision Projects, Saudis & Expats only those with transferable Iqama to apply. Expats outside the will Kingdom will be REJECTED.
• AllCandidates must have Field Experience with Housing Projects, Experience in Real Estate projects is a plus.
• All Candidates must have WAFI Experience, WAFI Certificate is a Plus.
• Letters of qualification, if any, are sent to guaranteed Saudi Council of Engineers membership.
• Only those residents in the kingdom who have transferable Iqama should apply.
