We are a leading Civil Engineering Construction Company with an unlimited license, recognized for delivering prestigious projects in collaboration with reputed developers across the region. We are seeking qualified professionals with strong expertise in high-rise residential and commercial buildings, hospitals, and large-scale civil projects in the GCC, preferably with experience in the UAE.

POSITIONS

- Quantity Surveyor
- Senior HSE Officer
- Senior Draftsman
- Land Surveyor
- Documents Controller

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Quantity Surveyor:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying from an accredited university.
• Minimum 5+ years of UAE experience in a similar role, preferably in Mid-rise & High-rise building projects.

Senior HSE Officer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university, and IOSH/NEBOSH Certification.
• Minimum 5+ years of UAE experience in a similar role, preferably in Mid-rise & High-rise building projects.

Senior Draftsman:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of UAE experience in a similar role, preferably in Mid-rise & High-rise building projects.

Land Surveyor:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil / Survey Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of UAE experience in a similar role, preferably in Mid-rise & High-rise building projects.

Documents Controller:

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration or Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 5+ years of UAE experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple subcontractors and project stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards and regulations.
• Experience with high-rise residential, commercial, mid-rise, and high-rise building projects.
• Government approvals such as DM / DDA / Trakhees (mandatory for relevant roles), and immediate joiners are highly preferred.
• Candidates must be available in the UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
