Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Senior Project Director:
- Bachelor's degree in the relevant Engineering discipline or equivalent qualifications. Minimum 15 years of experience in Civil / Mega Projects.
- Minimum of 10 years in UAE in Villas Projects in a reputed contracting company.
Project Director:
- Bachelor's degree in the relevant Engineering discipline or equivalent qualifications. Minimum 15 years of experience in Civil / Mega Projects. Minimum of 10 years in UAE in Villas Projects in a reputed contracting company.
Senior Project Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in the relevant Engineering discipline or equivalent qualifications. Minimum 15 years of experience in Civil / Mega Projects. Minimum of 10 years in UAE in Villas Projects in a reputed contracting company.
Construction Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in the relevant Engineering discipline or equivalent qualifications. Minimum 15 years of experience in Civil / Mega Projects. Minimum of 10 years in UAE in Villas Projects in a reputed contracting company.
Project Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in the relevant Engineering discipline or equivalent qualifications. Minimum 15 years of experience in Civil / Mega Projects. Minimum of 10 years in UAE in Villas Projects in a reputed contracting company.
Landscape Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in the relevant Engineering discipline or equivalent qualifications.
- Minimum 10 experience in Civil, Landscape, and Swimming Pool works.
Landscape Draftsman:
- Bachelor's degree in the relevant Engineering discipline or equivalent qualifications.
- Minimum 10 experience in Landscape and Swimming Pool Works.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Good communication in written and spoken English & Arabic.
• Develop and lead the teams that meet the project's requirements including hiring, training, planning, budgeting, and execution.
• Present the quality performance, achievement, and plans to the management through regular monthly reports and review meetings.
• Candidates must be available in UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
