• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. 
• Minimum 8+ years of UAE experience in High-rise Building and villa projects. 

Job Description:

• Preparation, Submission & Implementation of Project Quality Plan, Method Statements, Inspection test Plan & Quality Control Checklists.
• Review and ensure compliance with Technical Submittals, Material Submittals, Prequalification submittals, etc. before submission to the Consultant.
• Ensuring that all contractual and local authority requirements for Quality requirements are complied with.
• Plan and organize the QA/QC Team of the Project as per day-to-day activities.
• Arrange and conduct offsite inspection / Factory visit with client and consultant.
• Preparation of Weekly and Monthly QA/QC Reports / KPIs.

QA/QC Inspector:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent. 
• Minimum 4+ years of UAE experience in High-rise Building and villa projects. 

Job Description:

• Supervision the schedule according to the Quality Plan and Inspection Test Plan (ITP).
• Arrange testing for soil & concrete (Fresh & hard) Aggregate.
• Study and review project Specifications and applicable engineering references, standards, and codes.
• Preparation of methodology for NCR & SOR Closeouts as a corrective action plan.
