• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Construction Management, Civil, or Architecture Engineering from an accredited university.
• 20+ years of experience and minimum (15+ and strong profile) in fast-track large-scale development projects, preferably airport projects in the GCC.
• Must have previous consultancy experience in a PMCM (Program Management, Construction Management) environment.

Construction Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil, or Architecture Engineering.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in construction management, preferably in the Middle East.

Project Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university, and PMP Certified.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure or city development projects

Senior Electrical Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 12 years of experience in electrical systems design and infrastructure projects, including airport or transportation sectors.

Senior Scheduling Control Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in planning and scheduling, including having worked as the scheduling manager on large-scale projects.

Utilities Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in comprehensive mega projects.

Draftsman:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent from an accredited university.
• Minimum 12 years’ experience and eight years in a similar position with good knowledge of Architectural/ Structural or Electro-Mechanical Engineering design drawings and details.
