GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Project Manager:

• B.E/B-Tech in Civil Engineering, and PMP Certification.
• 20 years of experience in Commercial and Residential building projects.

Construction Manager:

• B.E/B-Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent degree.
• 15 years of experience in Commercial and Residential building projects.

Planning Engineer:

• B.E/B-Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent degree.
• 6+ years of experience in Commercial and Residential building projects.

Electrical Engineer:

• B.E/B-Tech in Electrical Engineering or equivalent degree.
• 5+ years of experience in Commercial and Residential building projects.

Safety Engineer:

• B.E/B-Tech in Civil Engineering, and NEBOSH Certification.
• 5+ years of experience in Commercial and Residential building projects.

Draughtsman:

• ITI/DIPLOMA Civil or equivalent Degree.
• 5+ years of experience in Commercial and Residential building projects.

Surveyor:

• ITI/DIPLOMA Civil/Surveying or equivalent Degree.
• 5+ years of experience in Commercial and Residential building projects.

Foreman:

• HSC/ITI or equivalent Degree.
• 7+ years of experience in Commercial and Residential building projects.

Chargehand:

• HSC/ITI or equivalent Degree.
• 4+ years of experience in Commercial and Residential building projects.

Store Keeper:

• Any Graduate or Engineering Degree.
• 10+ years of experience in the Construction Industry.

Logistics Coordinator:

• Any Graduate or Engineering Degree.
• 5+ years of experience in the Construction Industry.

Documents Controller:

• Any Graduate or Engineering Degree.
• 5+ years of experience in the Construction Industry.

Crane Operator:

• Valid UAE Licence with 10+ years of experience.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidate must be fluent in English and Arabic.
• UAE work experience is preferred.
• Candidate should have experience in Interior Fit-out Projects are mandatory.
• Candidates must be available in UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
