IMAR Trading and Contracting Co. is hiring the following professionals for its upcoming interior fit-out and airport projects in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
Qualifications & requirements
Senior QA/QC Engineer (Fit-Out)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised university.
- 10+ years of QA/QC on interior fit-out and building construction projects.
- Extensive inspection and quality control of architectural finishes, flooring, ceilings, partitions, joinery and interior finishing.
- Experience with site and material inspections and quality audits for fit-out works.
Project Engineer (Fit-Out)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised university.
- 10+ years on interior fit-out and building construction projects.
- Proven work on commercial, residential, hospitality or airport fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery and architectural finishes, plus planning, site execution, resources and subcontractor coordination.
HSE Officer (Building Construction)
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science or a related field.
- NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) is mandatory.
- 6 to 8 years of HSE experience on building construction projects.
- Experience with site safety inspections, hazard identification, risk assessments and incident investigations.
Permit Coordinator (Airport Projects)
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Aviation Operations, Occupational Safety or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years on airport building and infrastructure projects.
- Experience with permit coordination and work authorisation on airport construction or maintenance projects is mandatory.
Eligibility criteria
- Proven experience on large building, interior fit-out or airport infrastructure projects, as the role requires.
- Good knowledge of construction standards, specifications, and quality and safety procedures.
- Able to work with consultants, clients, contractors and teams from several disciplines.
- Experience preparing and reviewing technical documents, inspection records, permits and reports.
- Familiar with local authority rules, approval procedures and airport work permits where relevant.
- UAE or GCC construction experience is an advantage.
- Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
- Candidates must be available in KSA / Locally and able to join immediately.
