Qualifications & requirements
Construction Manager
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 15+ years of experience in the UAE.
- High-rise building experience is mandatory.
- Strong project management, planning, coordination and leadership skills.
- Able to run all construction activities from planning through to handover.
- Good knowledge of UAE construction standards and regulations.
Project Manager
- Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 15+ years of experience in the UAE.
- High-rise building experience is mandatory.
- Strong project management, planning, coordination and leadership skills.
- Able to manage the full project lifecycle from planning and execution to handover.
- Good knowledge of UAE construction standards and regulations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
MEP Manager
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 15+ years of experience in the UAE.
- High-rise building experience is mandatory.
- Strong project management, coordination and leadership skills.
- Experience in MEP design, coordination, execution and commissioning.
