Qualifications & requirements
Senior Civil Project Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering; professional engineering certification is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of construction management, structural works, specifications, and project coordination.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in civil construction/project engineering, preferably on large-scale infrastructure or building projects.
Civil Site Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of site execution, drawings, specifications, surveying, concrete and structural works.
- 10+ years of experience in civil site engineering and construction supervision, preferably on major projects.
Safety Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline. NEBOSH/IOSH or equivalent HSE certification preferred.
- 10+ years of HSE/Safety experience in construction, with strong knowledge of risk assessments, PTW, inspections, and safety compliance.
Technical Office Manager
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of technical documentation, shop drawings, method statements, RFIs, specifications, and project coordination.
- 10+ years of technical office experience, including significant experience managing technical teams on major construction projects.
Quality Control Manager
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering discipline.
- Knowledge of QA/QC systems, ITPs, method statements, inspections, and international construction standards.
- 10+ years of QA/QC experience in construction, including managerial responsibility on large-scale projects.
Quality Control Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Knowledge of inspection procedures, material testing, ITPs, NCRs, method statements, and quality documentation.
- 10+ years of relevant QA/QC experience in civil construction and site inspection.
Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ, cost estimation, contracts, variations, claims, and payment certificates.
- 10+ years of quantity surveying experience, preferably on major construction/infrastructure projects.
BIM Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, MEP Engineering, or related field.
- Advanced knowledge of BIM workflows and tools such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM coordination platforms.
- 10+ years of BIM/modeling/coordination experience, preferably on complex multidisciplinary construction projects.
Civil Supervisor
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Management or related field.
- Strong knowledge of civil works, drawings, specifications, site safety, and workforce supervision.
- 10+ years of civil construction/site supervision experience, with proven experience supervising site teams and subcontractors.
Planning Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project, scheduling, progress monitoring, and reporting.
- 10+ years of construction planning and scheduling experience, preferably on large-scale projects.
Construction Manager
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of project execution, contracts, construction methods, cost, quality, safety, and team management.
- 10+ years of construction management experience, including substantial responsibility for major construction projects.
GIS Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Geomatics, GIS, Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Proficiency in ArcGIS/QGIS, spatial databases, mapping, surveying data, and GIS analysis.
- 10+ years of relevant GIS/geomatics experience, preferably within infrastructure, construction, utilities, or engineering projects.
Quantity Surveyor
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
- Knowledge of quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, estimation, valuations, variations, and cost control.
- 10+ years of quantity surveying/cost management experience in construction projects.
Eligibility criteria
- Candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic.
- Relevant GCC/Kuwait experience will be an advantage.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the same position.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, standards, and documentation.
- Ability to work effectively with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and project teams.
- Professional certifications/memberships relevant to the position will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of international engineering standards and quality procedures.
- Candidates must be available in Kuwait / Locally and able to join immediately.
