GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Senior Resident Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field, and PMP Certified.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in residential villa and infrastructure development projects in the UAE.

Senior Engineer — Civil / Electrical / Mechanical / Structural / Geotechnical:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Structural / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in residential villa and infrastructure development projects in the UAE.

Senior Quantity Surveyor:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in residential villa and infrastructure development projects in the UAE.

Resident Engineer — Civil:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field, and PMP Certified.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in road and infrastructure development projects in the UAE.

Assistant Resident Engineer — Civil / I&C / Electrical / Mechanical:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical / Instrumentation Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in road and infrastructure development projects in the UAE.

Planning Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in road and infrastructure development projects in the UAE.

HSE Inspector:

• Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma in Engineering, or a related field, IOSH/NEBOSH Certified.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in road and infrastructure development projects in the UAE.

Inspectot — Civil / Electrical / Mechanical:

• Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma in Civil/ Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in road and infrastructure development projects in the UAE.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Good communication in written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Engineering candidates with excellent communication & presentation skills, commercial acumen, and computer savvy are necessary.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and regulations.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, including contractors, clients, and regulatory agencies.
• Working knowledge of Abu Dhabi authority standards and site documentation practices.
