Mafham Al-Emaar Trading and Contracting Company is hiring professional individuals to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

POSITIONS

- Architectural Quality Engineer
- Quantity Surveyor (Civil)
- Quantity Surveyor (MEP)
- Quantity Surveyor (Architectural)
- Draftsman (Civil)
- Draftsman (MEP)

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Architectural Quality Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering approved by SEC.
• Minimum 10+ years of KSA experience as a Quality Engineer.

Quantity Surveyor (Civil):

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering approved by SEC.
• Minimum 10 years of KSA experience in a similar role.

Quantity Surveyor (MEP):

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering approved by SEC.
• Minimum 10 years of KSA experience in a similar role.

Quantity Surveyor (Architectural):

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering approved by SEC.
• Minimum 10 years of KSA experience in a similar role.

Draftsman (Civil):

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering approved by SEC.
• Minimum 10 years of KSA experience in a similar role.

Draftsman (MEP):

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering approved by SEC.
• Minimum 10 years of KSA experience in a similar role.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Excellent command of verbal and written English and Arabic.
• Candidates should have a Valid Saudi Driving Licence.
• Candidates should have Building and Infrastructure project experience.
• Candidates should have transferable IQAM and be willing to relocate within the Kingdom.
• Candidates must be available in KSA/Locally and can join immediately.
