Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Project Manager:
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and must be a Member of SCE.
- Minimum 15 years of GCC/KSA experience in PEB buildings - i.e, industrial / Factories & Warehouses.
Mechanical Engineer:
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and must be a Member of SCE.
- Must have 10 years of GCC/KSA experience in the firefighting system.
Architect Engineer:
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering and must be a Member of SCE. Must have 10 years of GCC/KSA experience in Architectural Engineering work.
Documents Controller:
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and must be a Member of SCE.
- Must have 5 years of GCC/KSA experience as a Documents Controller in the Construction industry.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Candidates must be fluent in English & Arabic.
• Candidates must have a Valid Saudi Driving Licence.
• Candidates must be valid (Transferable) Iqama holders.
• Candidates are necessary for affiliation with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
• Must be familiar with RFI, MIR, WPR, IFC, Shop Drawings, MOM, and meetings with consultants, Clients, and contractors.
• Candidates must be available in KSA/Locally and can join immediately.
• Candidates must have a Valid Saudi Driving Licence.
