Qualifications & requirements
Resident Engineer (RE)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised university, with MOHRE equivalency.
- 10+ years of engineering experience in the UAE, ideally on buildings, infrastructure and consultancy projects.
- Experience with a recognised engineering consultancy is mandatory.
- Proven construction supervision, project management and site execution on large residential, commercial or infrastructure developments.
- Strong knowledge of structural, architectural, civil and MEP works, UAE regulations and Abu Dhabi Municipality requirements.
Planning Engineer (PE)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with MOHRE equivalency.
- 10+ years of planning and scheduling experience in the UAE, ideally on buildings, infrastructure and consultancy projects.
- Experience with an engineering consultancy is mandatory.
- Advanced Primavera P6 and MS Project: baselines, resources, progress monitoring and construction sequencing.
- Experience with extension of time (EOT) claims, delay analysis and project reporting.
Quantity Surveyor (QS)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or a related field, with MOHRE equivalency.
- 10+ years of quantity surveying experience in the UAE, ideally on buildings, infrastructure and consultancy projects.
- Experience with an engineering consultancy is mandatory.
- Strong in take-offs, BOQs, cost estimates, budgets and construction cost management.
- Good with AutoCAD, Excel and QS or cost estimation software.
Eligibility criteria
- Candidates must currently live in the UAE.
- Experience with an engineering consultancy is mandatory for every position.
- Abu Dhabi Municipality (ADM) Specialized Engineer licence is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of UAE construction standards, specifications and supervision procedures.
- Familiar with Abu Dhabi Municipality regulations and authority approvals.
- Excellent reporting, documentation, coordination and communication skills.
- Candidates must currently be inside the UAE. Consultancy experience is mandatory.
