National Engineering Bureau (NEB) is seeking skilled and experienced candidates with a background in consultancy for mixed-use and building projects in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Resident Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience as a supervisory consultant for building projects.

Senior Architect Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of UAE experience as a supervisory consultant for building projects.

Quantity Surveyor:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of UAE experience as a supervisory consultant for building projects.

Senior Structural Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of UAE experience as a supervisory consultant for building projects.

Senior Electrical Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of UAE experience as a supervisory consultant for building projects.

Senior Mechanical Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of UAE experience as a supervisory consultant for building projects.

Planning Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of UAE experience as a supervisory consultant for building projects.

HSE Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field and NEBOSH/IOSH Certification.
• Minimum of 7 years of UAE experience as a supervisory consultant for building projects.

QA/QC Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of UAE experience as a supervisory consultant for building projects.

Civil Inspector:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of UAE experience as a supervisory consultant for building projects.

Electrical Inspector:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of UAE experience as a supervisory consultant for building projects.

Mechanical Inspector:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of UAE experience as a supervisory consultant for building projects.

Architectural Inspector:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of UAE experience as a supervisory consultant for building projects.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with project managers, contractors, and clients.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, such as building codes and safety standards.
• Candidates with experience with Multinational Design consultants and exposure to Middle Eastern and Global projects will be preferred.
• Candidates with experience with large-scale construction projects, particularly Mix-used and Building projects.
• Candidates available in the UAE who can join immediately are eligible to apply for these positions.
