GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

QA/QC Manager:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Architectural Engineering, along with Project Management Certification.
• Minimum 10+ years of UAE experience in high-end building & Fit-out projects.

BIM Manager:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Architectural Engineering, or Interior Design, along with Project Management Certification.
• Minimum 10+ years of UAE experience in high-end building & Fit-out projects.

BIM Coordinator:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Architectural Engineering, or a similar field.
• Minimum 17+ years of UAE experience in high-end building & Fit-out projects.

Architect:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Architectural Engineering, or a similar field.
• Minimum 7+ years of UAE experience in high-end building & Fit-out projects.

Estimator:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Architectural Engineering, or a similar field.
• Minimum 7+ years of UAE experience in high-end building & Fit-out projects.

Interior Designer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering, Interior Design, or a similar field.
• Minimum 7+ years of UAE experience in high-end building & Fit-out projects.

QA/QC Specialist:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Architectural Engineering, or a similar field.
• Minimum 7+ years of UAE experience in high-end building & Fit-out projects.

Quantity Surveying:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a similar field.
• Minimum 7+ years of UAE experience in high-end building & Fit-out projects.

Procurement Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Architectural Engineering, Procurement Engineering, or a similar field.
• Minimum 7+ years of UAE experience in high-end building & Fit-out projects.

CAD Technician:

• Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma in Civil Engineering or Drafting, or similar field.
• Minimum 7+ years of UAE experience in high-end building & Fit-out projects.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic.
• Candidates should have UAE experience in the Interior & Exterior finishing projects.
• Candidates should have command and knowledge of the related Software for design works.
• Required experienced professionals with a solid background in Design & Build Contracting, particularly those who have worked on high-end, building, luxury villas and mansions with exceptional interior and exterior finishes.
• Candidates must be available in the UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
