Pioneer Engineering Consultancy LLC seeks a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team for our Housing projects in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Resident Engineer:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil/Architecture, or a related field.
• 15 years of experience in housing projects, with a proven track record in managing and delivering successful projects.

Structural Engineer:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in housing projects, with a proven track record in managing and delivering successful projects.

Planning Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in housing projects, with a proven track record in managing and delivering successful projects.

HSEC Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, and NEBOSH/IOSH Certification.
• 10 years of experience in housing projects, with a proven track record in managing and delivering successful projects.

Architecture Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in housing projects, with a proven track record in managing and delivering successful projects.

Electrical / Mechanical Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in housing projects, with a proven track record in managing and delivering successful projects.

Quantity Surveyor:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in housing projects, with a proven track record in managing and delivering successful projects.

Civil Inspector:

• Bachelor’s degree, Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in housing projects, with a proven track record in managing and delivering successful projects.

Architecture Inspector:

• Bachelor’s degree, Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in housing projects, with a proven track record in managing and delivering successful projects.

Electrical / Mechanical Inspector:

• Bachelor’s degree, Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in housing projects, with a proven track record in managing and delivering successful projects.

Documents Controller:

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration or Management, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a proven track record in managing and delivering successful projects.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must be fluent in Reading & Spoken English or Arabic.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in reviewing and providing feedback on the work of junior engineers.
• Candidates should have experience in Building / Housing projects.
• Candidates must be available in the UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
