• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of experience as MEP Project Manager in a MEP contracting company and at least 5 years of experience in UAE/Gulf.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The MEP Project Manager is responsible for the overall management of the assigned Project and reports directly to the Head of Projects (MEP).
• Arranges Infrastructure and Equipment for Project Offices in liaison with Logistics, Stores, and IT Departments.
• Prepares Project Plan in liaison with project engineers and planning engineers as per the main contractor’s program for onward transmittal and approval by the main contractor.
• Attending regular meetings with clients, consultants, and project teams.
• Raises technical issues with the main contractor/Consultant as and when requested by the Senior project engineers after due consultation with the services division managers.
• Generates project handing over the plan in liaison with Senior project engineers, QC, and planning personnel.
• Managing the workforce resources effectively at the site and coordinating the activities of different departments at the site.
• Coordination with the Procurement and Purchasing department for the timely supply of all required materials for site works.

Project Engineer – Civil:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 – 15 years of experience in a Contracting company as a Project Engineer and at least 5 years of experience in UAE/Gulf.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for all the civil-related site works for the assigned project including but not limited to quantity take-off, variation submission, site supervision, material arrangement, coordination with the main contractor/ consultant, etc.
• Knowledge of technical specifications and interpretation of drawings.
• Coordination with the Consultant/Client/Civil Contractors/Subcontractors/ other services for the timely execution of work.
• Responsible for issuing the material requests, and follow-up Letters of Orders in coordination with HO and delivery; ensure that the materials are available at the site well in advance for the site installation.
• Report the work progress to the Project manager and the site planning engineer for timely submission.

• Review, communicate, and implement the Project Quality Plan on site.
• Develop checklists and inspection test plans for site works.
• Review work procedures and material-technical specifications to ensure their compliance with the contracts and quality requirements and the implemented quality system.
• Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), when necessary, and communicate quality noncompliance issues to the Project Manager.
• Assist external agency representatives and coordinate with them during external audits, surveillance visits, and re-certification audits.
