Atlantic Construction LLC is looking for an experienced Project Manager (Civil) to lead its building construction projects in Muscat, Oman.
Key responsibilities
- Lead building projects from initial planning through completion and handover.
- Prepare and follow project execution plans, schedules, budgets and resource plans.
- Supervise site work and coordinate with site engineers, consultants and subcontractors.
- Deliver projects on time, within budget and to the approved drawings and specifications.
- Track progress, identify risks and take corrective action early.
- Oversee quality control and health and safety compliance on site.
- Run project meetings, prepare progress reports and keep clients and stakeholders informed.
- Manage site teams and make good use of manpower, materials and machinery.
Qualifications & requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in civil engineering and building construction projects.
- Experience managing residential, commercial or multi storey building projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, planning, scheduling, budgeting and cost control.
- Good working knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project and AutoCAD.
- Experience coordinating with consultants, clients, subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams.
Eligibility criteria
- Minimum 12 years of relevant building construction experience.
- Proven experience in project planning, execution and coordination.
- Strong team leadership and site management skills.
- Good understanding of construction quality and safety procedures.
- Previous GCC or Oman building construction experience is an advantage.
