Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Facade Engineer:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Architectural Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 Years of experience in Residential and Commercial Building projects.
Facade Quantity Surveyor:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 Years of experience in Residential and Commercial Building projects.
Facade Draughtsman:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 Years of experience in Residential and Commercial Building projects.
MEP Draughtsman:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 Years of experience in Residential and Commercial Building projects.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Candidates must be fluent in English & Arabic.
• Candidates must have a Valid Omani Driving Licence.
• Monitoring project progress and creating project status reports for project managers and stakeholders.
• Candidates must have proven experience in Residential and Commercial Building projects in GCC.
