Job description
The role suits a civil engineer with at least 10 years in quantity surveying on earthwork and infrastructure projects who works confidently with Civil 3D.
Key responsibilities
- Take off quantities for earthwork and infrastructure works, using Civil 3D where needed.
- Prepare cost estimates and bills of quantities.
- Review and check project quantities.
Qualifications & requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- At least 10 years of total experience in quantity surveying.
- Strong experience on earthwork and infrastructure projects.
- Good working skills in Civil 3D (required).
- Strong knowledge of quantity take-off, cost estimation, BOQ preparation and quantity review.
Eligibility criteria
- Candidates must be fluent in English.
- UAE experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical, coordination and communication skills.
