• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, and advanced certification such as PMP. 
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in large-scale infrastructure (roads, utilities, drainage) projects with at least 5+ years in a supervisory role. 

HSE Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Safety / Environmental Science, or related field, (NEBOSH / IOSH certification mandatory).
• Minimum 10 – 15 years of HSE experience in infrastructure (roads, utilities, drainage) projects with at least 5+ years in a supervisory role. 

Contracts Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• Minimum 10 – 15 years of experience in contract administration for infrastructure (roads, utilities, drainage) projects with at least 5+ years in a supervisory role. 

Road & Pavement Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in road design and pavement analysis for infrastructure (roads) projects with at least 5+ years in a supervisory role.

Water Supply Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Environmental Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in years of experience in water supply and distribution systems for infrastructure projects with at least 5+ years in a supervisory role.

Sewer / Wastewater Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Environmental Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in csewerage and wastewater systems for infrastructure (utilities) projects with at least 5+ years in a supervisory role.

Stromwater Drainage Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in stormwater management systems for infrastructure (utilities) projects with at least 5+ years in a supervisory role.

Electrical Engineer (MV/LV):

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in MV/LV systems for infrastructure projects with at least 5+ years in a supervisory role.

Street Lighting Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in street lighting design for infrastructure projects with at least 5+ years in a supervisory role.

Mechanical Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in pumping stations and utility systems for infrastructure projects with at least 5+ years in a supervisory role.

Planning Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or related field (Proficiency in Primavera P6 / MS Project).
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in project planning & scheduling for infrastructure projects with at least 5+ years in a supervisory role.

Land Surveyor:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or related field.
• Minimum 7 – 10 years of experience in infrastructure (roads, utilities, drainage) projects with at least 4+ years in a supervisory role.

Documents Controller:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7 – 10 years of experience in document control for engineering projects.
