Qualifications & requirements
Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Contract Management or a related field.
- 10+ years of UAE experience in quantity surveying and cost management.
- Leads the financial management of construction projects: cost estimates, valuations, variation assessments and budget control.
Contracts Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Contract Management or a related field.
- 5+ years of UAE experience in contracts administration and engineering.
- Drafts, reviews and administers construction contracts, handles contract correspondence and claims, and keeps projects legally compliant.
Quantity Surveyor
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Contract Management or a related field.
- 5+ years of UAE experience in estimation and quantity surveying.
- Prepares BOQs, measures work, manages subcontractor accounts and evaluates interim payment applications.
