Qualifications & requirements
Project Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering from an accredited university.
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in architectural design, construction, or contracting.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD and architectural drawings.
- Basic understanding of building codes, materials, and construction methods.
Electrical Engineer
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of practical experience in contracting companies and project implementation.
- Practical experience in implementing electrical power systems, lighting, grounding, electrical panels, and cables.
- Experience in low-current (ELV) systems such as fire alarm, communications, and control systems.
- Experience in building and industrial projects, preferably in multidisciplinary MEP environments.
Mechanical Engineer
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of practical experience in contracting companies and project implementation.
- Experience in preparing and reviewing executive plans, technical approvals, and implementation methods.
Eligibility criteria
- Candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic.
- GCC/Saudi Arabia experience will be an advantage.
- Transferable Iqama (for expatriate candidates) is preferred.
- Valid membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is preferred.
- Hands-on experience in MEP Building Construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of international engineering standards and quality procedures.
- Candidates must be available in KSA / Locally and able to join immediately.
