Saudi Diyar Consultants is hiring the following professionals for on-site supervision of its high-rise landmark projects in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
Qualifications & requirements
Senior Mechanical Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering; a professional engineering certificate is preferred.
- 15+ years in engineering consultancy covering HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, MEP design review and supervision of high-rise towers.
- At least 5 years on high-rise projects is preferred.
Senior Electrical Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering; a professional engineering certificate is preferred.
- 15+ years in engineering consultancy on electrical design, power distribution, LV/MV systems, lighting, ELV and high-rise buildings.
- At least 5 years on high-rise projects is preferred.
Senior Civil / Structural Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; a Master’s in Structural Engineering is preferred.
- 15+ years in engineering consultancy covering structural analysis, reinforced concrete, steel, foundations and high-rise tower design and supervision.
- At least 5 years on high-rise projects is preferred.
Senior BIM Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, or Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; BIM certification preferred.
- 15+ years in engineering consultancy covering BIM management, coordination between disciplines, Revit, Navisworks, clash detection and BIM rollout on high-rise developments.
- At least 5 years on high-rise projects is preferred.
Quantity Surveyor
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or Construction Management; RICS preferred.
- 15+ years in engineering consultancy covering BOQs, cost estimates, tender evaluation, contract administration, variations and cost control on large building projects.
- At least 5 years on high-rise projects is preferred.
Land Surveyor
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 15+ years in engineering consultancy covering topographic surveys, setting out, verticality monitoring, structural alignment and as built surveys with Total Station and GPS/GNSS.
- At least 5 years on high-rise projects is preferred.
Eligibility criteria
- Must hold a valid and transferable Saudi Iqama.
- All positions are on-site supervision roles.
- Proven experience in design review, construction supervision, technical inspections and coordination between disciplines.
- Strong knowledge of international codes, building regulations and quality requirements.
- Comfortable with the engineering software, BIM tools and reporting the role calls for.
- Experience on large residential, commercial, mixed-use and high-rise developments.
- Excellent English communication, presentation and coordination skills.
- Candidates must be available in KSA / Locally and able to join immediately.
