• B.E / B.Tech Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 6 – 7 years of experience in large-scale construction industry civil division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage subcontractor activities, and assess manpower, equipment, or other resources required to ensure the timely completion of the project.
• Coordinate with the supervisor and execute the work per the planned schedule.
• Submit daily reports like DLR and DPR.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, store executives, planning engineers, and safety officers to ensure all the standards are maintained per company norms.
• Continuous training and evaluating the supervisors/-Foremen and Workers.
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures, plans, and work instructions.
