GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Senior Project Manager:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 18 to 20 Years Experience.
• Proven track record in leading high-impact, high-rise projects.

Project Manager:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 14 to 18 Years Experience.
• Experienced in overseeing high-rise project lifecycles.

Construction Manager:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 12 to 15 Years Experience.
• Expertise in managing high-rise construction sites, and Ensuring high-rise projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Project Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 10 to 12 Years Experience.
• Technical prowess with a focus on high-rise project execution.

Planning Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 10 to 12 Years Experience.
• Proficient in planning and scheduling for high-rise projects.

Quantity Surveyor:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 8 to 10 Years Experience.
• Strong knowledge of high-rise construction materials and methods.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates should be fluent in English & Arabic.
• UAE work experience will be preferred.
• Candidates should have experience in High-rise Building Construction projects.
• Candidates should be Strategic thinkers with exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Candidates must be available in UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
