Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Senior Project Manager:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- 18 to 20 Years Experience.
- Proven track record in leading high-impact, high-rise projects.
Project Manager:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- 14 to 18 Years Experience.
- Experienced in overseeing high-rise project lifecycles.
Construction Manager:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- 12 to 15 Years Experience.
- Expertise in managing high-rise construction sites, and Ensuring high-rise projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Project Engineer:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- 10 to 12 Years Experience.
- Technical prowess with a focus on high-rise project execution.
Planning Engineer:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- 10 to 12 Years Experience.
- Proficient in planning and scheduling for high-rise projects.
Quantity Surveyor:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- 8 to 10 Years Experience.
- Strong knowledge of high-rise construction materials and methods.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Candidates should be fluent in English & Arabic.
• UAE work experience will be preferred.
• Candidates should have experience in High-rise Building Construction projects.
• Candidates should be Strategic thinkers with exceptional problem-solving skills.
