We’re expanding our team for an exciting project in Oman and are looking for experienced professionals to join us in the Construction Supervision phase.

- Sr. Mechanical Engineer
- Sr. Quantity Surveyor
- Civil Inspector
- Electrical Inspector
- Mechanical Inspector
- Architectural Inspector

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Resident Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
• 20+ years of GCC experience in hospitality projects within a consultancy background.

Sr. Planning Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
• 15+ years of GCC experience in hospitality projects within a consultancy background.

Sr. Structure Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or equivalent.
• 15+ years of GCC experience in hospitality projects within a consultancy background.

Sr. Electrical Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• 15+ years of GCC experience in hospitality projects within a consultancy background.

Sr. Mechanical Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• 15+ years of GCC experience in hospitality projects within a consultancy background.

Sr. HSE Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent, and NEBOSH Certification.
• 15+ years of GCC experience in hospitality projects within a consultancy background.

Sr. Quantity Surveyor:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent.
• 15+ years of GCC experience in hospitality projects within a consultancy background.

Civil Inspector:

• Bachelor’s degree, Diploma in Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of GCC experience in hospitality projects within a consultancy background.

Electrical Inspector:

• Bachelor’s degree, Diploma in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of GCC experience in hospitality projects within a consultancy background.

Mechanical Inspector:

• Bachelor’s degree, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of GCC experience in hospitality projects within a consultancy background.

Architectural Inspector:

• Bachelor’s degree, Diploma in Architectural Engineering, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of GCC experience in hospitality projects within a consultancy background.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Excellent command of verbal and written English.
• Strong communicator, collaborative, detail-oriented, and organized.
• Candidates should have Site Supervision experience in GCC Consultant firms.
• Familiarity with local regulations, codes, and standards applicable to construction projects in the UAE.
• Candidates must be available in Oman/Locally and can join immediately.
