GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Construction Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• At least 10 – 12 years of proven experience in building construction projects within the UAE region.

Project Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or equivalent, and PMP Certification.
• At least 10 – 12 years of proven experience in building construction projects within the UAE region.

MEP Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• At least 10 – 12 years of proven experience in building MEP construction projects within the UAE region.

Project Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 8 – 10 years of proven experience in building construction projects within the UAE region.

QA/QC Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 8 – 10 years of proven experience in building construction projects within the UAE region.

Quantity Surveyor:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent.
• At least 8 – 10 years of proven experience in building construction projects within the UAE region.

Site Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 5+ years of proven experience in building construction projects within the UAE region.

Draftsman:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or ITI CAD/Drafting certificate.
• At least 5+years of proven experience in building construction projects within the UAE region.
• Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and authority submissions using AutoCAD and SketchUp.

Site Surveyor:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or Surveying, or equivalent.
• At least 5+years of proven experience in building construction projects within the UAE region.

General Foreman:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, ITI certificate, or equivalent.
• At least 5+years of proven experience in building construction projects within the UAE region.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates should be fluent in English and Arabic.
• Candidates should have experience in building construction projects.
• Only candidates with relevant experience and who are available in the UAE are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates must be available in the UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
