GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Project QA/QC Manager:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in High-rise building/Villa projects in the UAE.

Construction Manager:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in High-rise building/Villa projects in the UAE.

Senior QA/QC Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in High-rise building/Villa projects in the UAE.

Technical Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 – 7 years of experience in High-rise building/Villa projects in the UAE.

QA/QC Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 – 7 years of experience in High-rise building/Villa projects in the UAE.

Project Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 – 7 years of experience in High-rise building/Villa projects in the UAE.

HSE Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, or a related field, and IOSH/NEBOSH Certification.
• Minimum 5 – 7 years of experience in High-rise building/Villa projects in the UAE.

Architectural Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 – 7 years of experience in High-rise building/Villa projects in the UAE.

Site Engineer – Civil:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 – 7 years of UAE experience in High-rise building/Villa projects in the UAE.

HSE Officer / Inspector:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, or a related field, and IOSH/NEBOSH Certification.
• Minimum 5 – 7 years of UAE experience in High-rise building/Villa projects in the UAE.

Land Surveyor:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s in Surveying or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 – 7 years of UAE experience in building & villa construction projects.

Assistant Land Surveyor:

• Diploma in Civil or Survey Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 – 5 years of UAE experience in building & villa construction projects.

Draftsman:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 – 5 years of UAE experience in building & villa construction projects.

Foreman – Civil / General / Finishing / Carpenter / Steel Fixer:

• Trade Certification, Technical Diploma, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 – 7 years of UAE experience in building & villa construction projects.

Documents Controller:

• Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, or administrative certification.
• Minimum 3 – 5 years of document control experience in UAE construction projects.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates should be fluent in English and Arabic.
• UAE work experience will be preferred.
• Candidates should have experience in high-rise building and villa projects.
• Candidates should be Strategic thinkers with exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Candidates must be available in the UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
